Jenna expands Baby Squids into Yeovil, Weymouth and West Dorset

I am thrilled to announce a significant addition to the Baby Squids family – Jenna Burrow, an experienced and dedicated swimming tutor, our new franchisee for Yeovil and West Dorset. As we continue to grow and expand our commitment to providing exceptional baby and toddler swimming lessons, Jenna brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to Yeovil, Weymouth and the West Dorset areas.

Jenna has a passion for child development, as a teacher and swimming teacher she has a commitment to fostering a positive relationship with learning from an early age. Her background in swim teaching and being an STA tutor, coupled with a genuine love for the local community gives her the perfect opportunity to build some lovely classes in the Weymouth area.

What to Expect from Baby Squids Yeovil & West Dorset

Jenna’s classes will be fun and engaging to encourage the children to have fun in the water. Her experience means that she can teach fundamental swimming skills but also support parents to give them a sense of confidence and joy in her classes. Our Milestones programme will help create a positive and supportive atmosphere where children can develop a love for the water while building essential water safety skills. 

Jenna will start her swimming lessons in Weymouth at Moonfleet Manor, a gorgeous family friendly hotel just outside of Weymouth in January 2024, with only 15 spaces available, I would recommend getting in touch as soon as possible!! 

Soon after the Easter 2024 school break, Jenna will also be launching brand new swimming lessons in Yeovil at Fiveways School.

Jenna and I will be working together across the Yeovil and West Dorset areas and look forward to connecting with local businesses to support the local community. Here is a little about why Jenna is excited about her new venture! 

Hello, I’m Jenna, and I’m delighted to introduce Baby Squids swimming lessons to the Yeovil and West Dorset community. As a mother to a son born during lockdown, I understand the importance of having activities that both adults and children can participate in together, sharing the joy of these experiences. Swimming, in particular, offers the benefit of enabling children with essential life skills, a belief I strongly uphold for everyone.

With over 20 years of experience in teaching swimming, my passion remains unwavering. I firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to engage in and enjoy the numerous benefits that water activities provide.

Being part of a child’s “learn to swim” journey is a genuine privilege, and I consider myself fortunate to offer these classes in my local area.
